Happy International Women and Girls in ICT/STEM Day! Today, we shine a spotlight on the trailblazing women and girls who are revolutionizing the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). At Expanding Boundaries International (EBI), we're passionate about empowering the next generation of female leaders through our STEAM Exchange program between Ghana and the United States.

Our program is more than just an educational initiative; it's a movement towards bridging the gender gap in STEM and creating a world where every girl has the opportunity to explore her potential in these exciting fields. Through hands-on learning experiences, mentorship from industry leaders, and cross-cultural exchanges, we're equipping young women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to pursue their dreams in STEM.

Every success story from our STEAM Exchange program serves as a testament to what girls can achieve when given the tools and support they need. From coding their first app to conducting groundbreaking research, our students are not just participating in STEM; they're leading it.
