• The scholarship is open to all United States high school and college citizens.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 2.5 GPA
• Applicant must be resident of any of the 50 States in the United States including the District of Columbia
• Candidates must be applying for their first-ever United States passport
• The candidate must be ready to Apply for a passport within two months of accepting the offer and funds.
• You are required to send a copy of your passport application receipt. This is for financial auditing purposes
*Applications are reviewed on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
*Applications are reviewed monthly, which means if you submit your application in March, the committee will review your application in April.
* The 2025 Application Cycle will close on Oct. 31st, 2025, at 11:00 pm EST.
* The 2025 Application Cycle will be open on February 1st, 2025.
